श्रीरवाच वसामि नित्यं सुभगे प्रगल्भे दक्षे नरे कर्मणि वर्तमाने | अक्रोधने देवपरे कृतज्ञे जितेन्द्रिये नित्यमुदीर्णसत्त्वे

Transliteration

śrīr uvāca: vasāmi nityaṃ subhage pragalbhe dakṣe nare karmaṇi vartamāne | akrodhane devapare kṛtajñe jitendriye nityam udīrṇasattve ||

Translation

শ্রীলক্ষ্মী বললেন—হে দেবী! আমি নিত্য সেই পুরুষের মধ্যে বাস করি, যে সৌভাগ্যবান, নির্ভীক, কর্মদক্ষ ও ধর্মসম্মত কাজে নিয়ত প্রবৃত্ত; যে ক্রোধহীন, দেবপরায়ণ, কৃতজ্ঞ, ইন্দ্রিয়জয়ী এবং উন্নত সত্ত্বগুণে সমৃদ্ধ।
