उपदेशदोषप्रसङ्गः (Upadeśa-doṣa-prasaṅgaḥ) — The Risk of Misapplied Counsel
सांख्ये चैव परा प्रीतिस्तस्य चैवं व्यवर्धत । वे ऋषि वेद और अथर्ववेदके परिनिष्छित विद्वान् हो गये। कल्पप्रयोग और ज्योतिषयमें भी पारंगत हुए। सांख्यमें भी उनका परम अनुराग बढ़ने लगा
sāṅkhye caiva parā prītis tasya caivaṃ vyavardhata |
সাংখ্যেও তার পরম প্রীতি জাগল এবং সেইভাবেই ক্রমে বৃদ্ধি পেল। বেদ, বেদাঙ্গ ও অথর্ববেদের সিদ্ধান্তে তিনি ঋষি সুপণ্ডিত হলেন; কল্পপ্রয়োগ ও জ্যোতিষেও পারদর্শী হলেন; আর সাংখ্যে তাঁর গভীর অনুরাগ দিন দিন বাড়তে লাগল।
