अस्त्रवर्षेण महता वध्यमानं बल॑ तदा । प्रभग्नं सर्वतस्त्रस्तं विश्वामित्रस्य पश्यत:
astravarṣeṇa mahatā vadhyamānaṃ balaṃ tadā | prabhagnaṃ sarvatas trastaṃ viśvāmitrasya paśyataḥ ||
মহা অস্ত্রবৃষ্টিতে সেই বাহিনী ছিন্নভিন্ন হতে লাগল; তারপর চারদিক থেকে ভেঙে পড়ে, আতঙ্কিত হয়ে, বিশ্বামিত্রের চোখের সামনেই তা ছত্রভঙ্গ হয়ে গেল।
