विश्रान्तेडथ गुरौ तस्मिन् पौत्रानादाय कौरवान् | शिष्यत्वेन ददौ भीष्मो वसूनि विविधानि च
viśrānte 'tha gurau tasmin pautrān ādāya kauravān | śiṣyatvena dadau bhīṣmo vasūni vividhāni ca ||
বৈশম্পায়ন বললেন—গুরু বিশ্রাম গ্রহণ করলে পরাক্রমশালী ভীষ্ম কুরুবংশীয় পৌত্রদের সঙ্গে নিয়ে তাঁদের শিষ্যরূপে আচার্যের হাতে সমর্পণ করলেন এবং নানাবিধ ধনও প্রদান করলেন।
