Suta Goswami (narrating a traditional Shiva-stuti within the Purva-Bhaga context)
It trains the devotee to worship Shiva as the Linga— the unconditioned Pati—behind all celestial powers, so planetary and atmospheric forces are approached as His manifestations rather than independent controllers.
Shiva-tattva is presented as prabhava (originary causality): the one source from whom the order of stars, planets, and the energies of storm and thunder arise—showing Him as the inner governor (antaryāmin) of cosmic functions.
A stuti-based upāsanā: offering namas while contemplating that grahas and natural powers are shaktis under Pati, which supports Pashupata-oriented detachment from pasha (fear, fate-fixation) and steadies japa/puja.
