तदद्या चित्त उक्थिनोऽनु ष्टुवन्ति पूर्वथा । वृषपत्नीरपो जया दिवेदिवे

IAST Transliteration

tád adyā́ cit te ukthíno'nu ṣṭuvanti pū́rvathā | vṛ́ṣapatnīr apó jayā dívédive ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

That very thing, even to-day, thy uktha-singers praise in the ancient manner: win thou the Waters, bull-wived, day after day.

Translation

সেই বিষয়টিকেই আজও তোমার উক্থ-গায়কেরা প্রাচীন রীতিতে স্তব করে; হে বৃষ-পত্নী (বৃষভ-স্বামী), জলসমূহ জয় কর—দিনে দিনে।
