Sukta 136
महानग्नी महानग्नं धावन्तमनु धावति । इमास्तदस्य गा रक्ष यभ मामद्ध्यौदनम्
mahā́nagnī mahā́nagnaṃ dhā́vantaṃ ánu dhāvati | imā́s tád asyá gā́ rakṣa yábha mā́m addhy-ā́udanam ||
Mahānagnī runs after Mahānagna as he runs. Do thou protect these cows from that of his; O Yabha, eat the boiled rice for me.
মহানগ্নী, মহানগ্ন যেমন দৌড়ায়, তেমনি তার পেছনে দৌড়ায়। তুমি এই গাভীগুলিকে তার (অপকার/দৃষ্টি) থেকে রক্ষা করো। হে যভ, আমার জন্য সিদ্ধ ওদন (ভাত) ভক্ষণ করো।
