स्तुष्व वर्ष्मन् पुरुवर्त्मानं समृभ्वाणमिनतममाप्तमाप्त्यानाम्। आ दर्शति शवसा भूर्योजाः प्र सक्षति प्रतिमानं पृथिव्याः
stúṣva várṣman puru-vártmānaṃ samṛbhvā́ṇam inátamam ā́ptatamam ā́ptyānām | ā́ darśati śávasā bhū́ry-ojāḥ prá sáxati pratímānaṃ pṛthivyā́ḥ ||
Praise thou, O Lofty One, him of many pathways, the well-wrought, the most impelling, the most surely won among all attainments. With might he showeth him, of abundant strength; he presseth forth and overcometh the earth’s opposing measure.
হে উচ্চ (বর্ষ্মন্) দেব! বহু-পথবিশিষ্ট, সুগঠিত, সর্বাধিক প্রেরণাদায়ক, এবং সকল প্রাপ্তির মধ্যে সর্বাধিক নিশ্চিতভাবে অর্জনীয় (ইন্দ্র)-কে স্তব করো। তিনি নিজের বলবীর্যে, বহুশক্তিমান হয়ে, নিজেকে প্রকাশ করেন; তিনি অগ্রসর হয়ে পৃথিবীর বিরোধী পরিমাপ/সীমাকে চেপে ধরে অতিক্রম করেন।
