Sukta 51
आत्मा। युतोऽहमयुतो म आत्मायुतं मे चक्षुरयुतं मे श्रोत्रमयुतो मे प्राणोऽयुतो मे ऽपानोऽयुतो मे व्यानोऽयुतोऽहं सर्वः
ā́tmā | yutó ’hám ayutó ma ā́tmā yutáṃ me cákṣur ayutáṃ me śrótram ayutó me prāṇó ’yutó me ’pā́nó ’yutó me vyā́nó ’yutó ’háṃ sárvaḥ
The Self is in yoke; I am unyoked from harm. My Self is set in order; my eye is unyoked, my ear unyoked; unyoked are my breath, my out-breath, my pervading breath: I am whole.
আত্মা—সংযমে যুক্ত। আমি অনিষ্ট থেকে অযুত (অসংযুক্ত)। আমার আত্মা সুসংবদ্ধ; আমার চোখ অযুত, আমার কান অযুত; আমার প্রাণ অযুত, আমার অপান অযুত, আমার ব্যান অযুত। আমি সর্বতোভাবে পূর্ণ।
