सोमो मा विश्वैर्देवैरुदीच्या दिशः पातु बाहुच्युता पृथिवी द्यामिवोपरि । लोककृतः पथिकृतो यजामहे ये देवानां हुतभागा इह स्थ

IAST Transliteration

sómo mā víśvair deváir udī́cyā diśáḥ pātu bāhucyútā pṛthivī́ dyā́m iva úpari | lokakṛ́taḥ pathikṛ́to yajāmahe yé devā́nāṃ hutábhāgā ihá sthá ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

May Soma, with all the Gods, guard me from the northern quarter; and Earth, slipped from my arm, be over me as it were the Sky. The world-ordainers, the path-ordainers—those who have their portion of oblation among the Gods—we worship: here may they stand.

Translation

উত্তর দিক থেকে সোম, সকল দেবতার সঙ্গে, আমাকে রক্ষা করুন; আর আমার বাহু থেকে সরে-যাওয়া পৃথিবী যেন আকাশের মতো আমার উপর আবৃত থাকে। লোক-নির্মাতা, পথ-নির্মাতা—যাঁরা দেবদের মধ্যে হব্যের ভাগপ্রাপ্ত—তাঁদেরই আমরা যজন করি; তাঁরা এখানে স্থির হয়ে অবস্থান করুন।
