Sukta 4
मनसा सं कल्पयति तद् देवां अपि गच्छति । ततो ह ब्रह्माणो वशामुपप्रयन्ति याचितुम्
mánasā sáṃ kalpayati tád devā́n ápi gacchati | táto ha bráhmāṇo vaśā́m upapráyanti yā́citum ||
With mind he setteth it in order: that verily goeth unto the Gods. Thereupon the Brahmans draw nigh unto the Vashā, to make request.
মন দিয়ে সে তা সংकल्प/বিন্যস্ত করে; সেই (সংकल्प) নিশ্চয়ই দেবতাদের কাছে পৌঁছে যায়। তখন ব্রাহ্মণরা বশার কাছে যাচনা করতে নিকটবর্তী হয়।
