अथर्वाणो अबध्नताथर्वणा अबध्नत । तौर्मेदिनो अङ्गिरसो दस्यूनां बिभिदुः पुरस्तेन त्वं द्विषतो जहि
átharvāṇo abadhnatātharváṇā́ abadhnat | taurmédino ’ṅgíraso dasyū́nāṃ bibhidúḥ púraḥ | téna tváṃ dviṣatáḥ jahí
The Atharvans bound it on; by Atharvan was it bound on. The Taurmedin Aṅgirases brake open the strongholds of the Dasyus: therewith do thou smite down the haters.
অথর্বণগণ তাকে বেঁধে দিলেন; অথর্বণের দ্বারাই তা বাঁধা হল। তৌর্মেদিন অঙ্গিরসগণ দস্যুদের দুর্গ ভেঙে দিলেন; সেই শক্তিতেই তুমি দ্বেষীদের আঘাত করো, তাদের পতিত করো।
