अन्धो राजा शक्यते सहायसम्पदा यत्र तत्र वा पर्यवस्थापयितुम् ॥ कZ_०८.२.११ ॥

Transliteration

andho rājā śakyate sahāyasampadā yatra tatra vā paryavasthāpayitum

Translation

সহযোগীদের সম্পদ/সামর্থ্যের জোরে অন্ধ রাজাকে যেখানে-সেখানে ‘স্থাপন’ করা যায়—অর্থাৎ বসিয়ে নিয়ন্ত্রণ করা যায়।
