Transliteration

jānapadās tv amitra-sādhāraṇāḥ iti.

Translation

কিন্তু জনপদবাসীরা শত্রুর সঙ্গেও সাধারণ (অর্থাৎ সহজে তার প্রভাবে পড়তে পারে)।
