Transliteration

udāsīnavadhe yātur uttamo daṇḍaḥ

Translation

উদাসীন (নিরপেক্ষ) ব্যক্তিকে হত্যার ক্ষেত্রে যাতু (গুপ্ত ঘাতক/জাদুকর) সর্বোচ্চ দণ্ড পাবে।
