जातिविशिष्टामकामामपत्यवतीं निष्क्रयेण दद्यात् ॥ कZ_०४.१२.३७ ॥

Transliteration

jātiviśiṣṭām akāmām apatyavatīṃ niṣkrayeṇa dadyāt

Translation

যদি সে বিশিষ্ট জাতিগোষ্ঠীর হয়, অনিচ্ছুক হয় বা সন্তানবতী হয়, তবে উপযুক্ত নিষ্ক্রয় (ক্ষতিপূরণ/প্রতিদান) নিয়ে তাকে হস্তান্তর করা উচিত।
