madhyamasya puruṣasya madhyamāyā anugulyā madhyaprakarṣo vāṅgulam

Translation

মাঝারি গঠনের পুরুষের মধ্যমা আঙুলের মধ্যবর্তী উঁচু/প্রক্ষেপই বাঙ্গুল।
