Transliteration

śāsane śāsanam ity ācakṣate

Translation

তারা বলে: ‘শাসনের উপরও শাসন থাকা উচিত’—অর্থাৎ কর্তৃত্বের প্রয়োগকে শৃঙ্খলা নিয়ন্ত্রণ করবে।
