पुनर्जन्मनिवृत्त्यर्थं मोक्षस्याहर्निशं स्मरेत् । सूचनात् सूत्रमित्युक्तं सूत्रं नाम परं पदम् ॥७॥

Padapatha (Word Split)

पुनः-जन्म-निवृत्ति-अर्थम् । मोक्षस्य । अहः-निशम् । स्मरेत् । सूचनात् । सूत्रम् इति उक्तम् । सूत्रम् नाम । परम् पदम् ॥७॥

IAST Transliteration

punarjanmanivṛttyarthaṃ mokṣasyāharniśaṃ smaret | sūcanāt sūtram ity uktaṃ sūtraṃ nāma paraṃ padam ||7||

Translation

পুনৰ্জন্ম-নিবৃত্তিৰ অৰ্থে মোক্ষক দিন-ৰাতি স্মৰণ কৰিব লাগে। যি সূচায়, সেয়ে ‘সূত্ৰ’ বুলি কোৱা হয়; আৰু ‘সূত্ৰ’য়েই পৰম পদ।

Academic Translation

For the sake of cessation of rebirth, one should remember liberation day and night. Because it indicates (or points out), it is called “sūtra”; and “sūtra” is indeed the supreme state.
