Ekakshara
একাক্ষৰ উপনিষদ (অথৰ্ববেদ) শৈৱ উপনিষদসমূহৰ এক সংক্ষিপ্ত ধ্যানগ্ৰন্থ, য’ত ‘একাক্ষৰ’—ওঁ—ক পৰম তত্ত্বৰ ধ্বনি-ৰূপ আৰু শৈৱ দৃষ্টিত শিৱ-স্বরূপ হিচাপে ব্যাখ্যা কৰা হৈছে। ইয়াত মন্ত্ৰ কেৱল প্ৰতীক নহয়; আত্মবোধৰ বাবে সোজা ধ্যান-আলম্বন। ওঁক জাগ্ৰত, স্বপ্ন আৰু সুষুপ্তি অৱস্থাৰ সৈতে সংযোগ কৰি তুৰীয়ৰ দিশে ইঙ্গিত দিয়া হয়; ফলত চেতনাৰ বিশ্লেষণ আৰু মন্ত্ৰবিদ্যা একেলগে আহে। জপ, একাগ্ৰতা আৰু জ্ঞানৰ দ্বাৰা বাহ্য কৰ্মকাণ্ড অন্তৰ্মুখ সাধনালৈ ৰূপান্তৰিত হয়; অহং লয় পায় আৰু আত্মা-শিৱ অভেদ উপলব্ধিয়েই মোক্ষ বুলি বোধ কৰায়।
