एकाहारस्तु यस्तिष्ठेन्मासं तत्र यतव्रतः । यावज्जीवकृतं पापं सहसा तस्य नश्यति
ekāhārastu yastiṣṭhenmāsaṃ tatra yatavrataḥ | yāvajjīvakṛtaṃ pāpaṃ sahasā tasya naśyati
কিন্তু যি জন তাত এক মাহ সংযমী ব্ৰত ধৰি থাকে আৰু দিনে কেৱল এবাৰ আহাৰ গ্ৰহণ কৰে, তাৰ জীৱনভৰ সঞ্চিত পাপ হঠাতে বিনাশ হয়।
