Transliteration

devatvaṃ yāni sattvena rajasā ca manuṣyatām | tiryaktvaṃ tamasā jaṃturvāsanānugatovaśaḥ

Translation

সত্ত্বে দেবত্ব লাভ হয়, ৰজসে মনুষ্যত্ব; তমসে জীৱ তিৰ্যক যোনিত পতিত হয়—বাসনাৰ টানত অসহায়ভাৱে অনুগত হৈ।
