দেহধাৰী আত্মাক অধোগতিৰ পৰা ৰক্ষা কৰিবলৈ ব্রহ্মযোনিত (ধৰ্মনিষ্ঠ উত্তম বংশত) জন্ম লোৱা উচিত। সেয়ে প্ৰতিদিন দিবাকৰ (সূৰ্য)ৰ উপাসনা কৰি সদায় এইদৰে আচৰণ কৰা উচিত।

Daily worship/attendance upon the Sun (Divākara-upāsanā), performed consistently as part of one’s regular discipline, as a purifying support for Shaiva sādhanā.
