Manifestation of Śiva’s Saṃhāra-Form
दीनबन्धुर्दया सिन्धुऽरद्भुतोतिः परात्मदृक् । प्राज्ञो विराट्विभुस्सत्यः सच्चिदानन्दलक्षणः
dīnabandhurdayā sindhu'radbhutotiḥ parātmadṛk | prājño virāṭvibhussatyaḥ saccidānandalakṣaṇaḥ
তেওঁ দীনসকলৰ বন্ধু আৰু অশৰণৰ আশ্ৰয়; দয়াৰ সাগৰ, যাঁৰ জ্যোতি অদ্ভুত। তেওঁ পৰাত্মাৰ দ্ৰষ্টা, প্ৰাজ্ঞ—বিৰাট্-স্বৰূপ, সৰ্বব্যাপী আৰু সত্য; যাঁৰ স্বৰূপ সচ্চিদানন্দ।

The verse praises Shiva as both compassionate Lord (accessible to the distressed) and the highest metaphysical Reality (Sat–Cit–Ananda). It unites devotion (bhakti) with liberation (moksha): surrender to Shiva leads to the recognition of the Supreme Self.
