भद्रा वस्त्रा समन्या ऽ ऽ3 वसानो महान्कविर्निवचनानि शंसन् आ वच्यस्व चम्वोः पूयमानो विचक्षणो जागृविर्देववीतौ
ভদ্ৰ বস্ত্ৰ পৰিধান কৰি, মহাকবি ঋষিয়ে বিচিত্ৰ উচ্চাৰণসমূহ ঘোষণা কৰি—হে (সোম), চমূৰ পাত্ৰসমূহত প্ৰকাশিত হওক। শুদ্ধ হৈ, স্পষ্টদৰ্শী, জাগ্ৰত, দেৱবীতৌ (দেৱ-লাভৰ পথত) স্থিত হওক।

समु प्रियो मृज्यते सानो अव्ये यशस्तरो यशसां क्षैतो अस्मे अभि स्वर धन्वा पूयमानो यूयं पात स्वस्तिभिः सदा नः
