Sukta 7.1
मा नो अग्ने दुर्भृतये सचैषु देवेद्धेष्वग्निषु प्र वोचः । मा ते अस्मान्दुर्मतयो भृमाच्चिद्देवस्य सूनो सहसो नशन्त ॥
mā no agne durbhṛtáye sácaiṣú devéddheṣv agníṣu prá vocaḥ | mā te asmā́n durmátayo bhṛmā́c cid devásya sūno sahaso náśanta ||
হে অগ্নি, যজ্ঞৰ বিধি ভুলকৈ বহন কৰাত আমাক নলগাবা; দেৱসকলৰ নিমিত্তে জ্বলাই থোৱা এই অগ্নিসকলৰ মাজত আমাক দোষী বুলি ঘোষণা নকৰিবা। কুটিল ভাবনাই—ভ্ৰমজনিত বিচ্যুতি হলেও—আমাক নাশ নকৰক; হে দেৱসুত, হে সহসৰ পুত্ৰ, আমাক ৰক্ষা কৰা।
