Sukta 4.18
ममच्चन ते मघवन्व्यंसो निविविध्वाँ अप हनू जघान । अधा निविद्ध उत्तरो बभूवाञ्छिरो दासस्य सं पिणग्वधेन ॥
mámac ca ná te maghavan vyáṃso ni-vividhvā́m̐ ápa hanū́ jaghā́na | ádhā ni-viddhá uttáro babhūvān chíro dāsásya sám piṇag vadhéna ||
হে মঘৱন (দানবীৰ), তোমাৰ বিৰুদ্ধে আক্রমণকাৰীয়ে একেবাৰে জয়ী হ’ব নোৱাৰিলে; সি চাপি আহোঁতেই তুমি তাৰ হনু (চোয়াল) কাটি পেলালা। তাৰ পাছত, বিদ্ধ কৰি, তুমি উত্তৰ (শ্ৰেষ্ঠ) হৈ উঠিলা; নিৰ্ণায়ক বধেৰে দাসৰ মূৰ চূর্ণ কৰিলা।
