Sukta 3.14
मित्रश्च तुभ्यं वरुणः सहस्वोऽग्ने विश्वे मरुतः सुम्नमर्चन् । यच्छोचिषा सहसस्पुत्र तिष्ठा अभि क्षितीः प्रथयन्त्सूर्यो नॄन् ॥
mitráś ca túbhyaṃ váruṇaḥ sahasvo’gne víśve marútaḥ sumnám arcan | yác chóc iṣā sahasas-putra tíṣṭhā abhí kṣitī́ḥ pratháyan sū́ryo nṝ́n ||
মিত্ৰ আৰু বৰুণ, আৰু সকলো মৰুতগণ, হে মহাবলী অগ্নি, তোমাৰ বাবে সুম্ন (অনুগ্ৰহ) গায়। যেতিয়া তোমাৰ শোচিষা (জ্যোতি-শিখা)ৰে, হে সহসৰ পুত্ৰ, তুমি স্থিৰ হৈ থিয় দিয়া—সূৰ্যৰ দৰে বাসযোগ্য ভূমিসমূহ বিস্তাৰ কৰি, নৰসকলক পূৰ্ণ বিকাশলৈ প্ৰসাৰিত কৰ।
