द्यौश्च नः पृथिवी च प्रचेतस ऋतावरी रक्षतामंहसो रिषः । मा दुर्विदत्रा निॠतिर्न ईशत तद्देवानामवो अद्या वृणीमहे ॥
Transliteration
dyáuś ca naḥ pṛthivī́ ca prácetasā ṛtā́varī rakṣatām áṃhaso ríṣaḥ | mā durvidátrā níṛtir na īśata tád devānām ávo adyā́ vṛṇīmahe ||
Translation
দ্যৌ আৰু পৃথিৱী—প্ৰচেতস, ঋতৰ ৰক্ষক—আমাক অংহস (দুৰ্দশা) আৰু ৰিষ (ক্ষতি)ৰ পৰা ৰক্ষা কৰক। দুৰ্বিদত্ৰা নিৰৃতি যেন আমাৰ ওপৰত আধিপত্য নকৰে। আজি আমি দেৱসকলৰ সেই অৱ (আশ্ৰয়-ৰক্ষা) বাছি লওঁ।
