य आत्मदा बलदा यस्य विश्व उपासते प्रशिषं यस्य देवाः । यस्य छायामृतं यस्य मृत्युः कस्मै देवाय हविषा विधेम ॥
Transliteration
yá ātmadā́ baladā́ yásya víśva upā́sate praśíṣaṃ yásya devā́ḥ | yásya chāyā́m ṛtáṃ yásya mṛtyúḥ kásmai devā́ya havíṣā vidhema ||
Translation
যি আত্মা দান কৰে, বল দান কৰে; যাৰ শাসন সকলো সত্তাই মানে, যাৰ আজ্ঞাত দেবতাসকলেও অনুগত। যাৰ ছায়া ঋত (সত্য-নিয়ম), যাৰ ছায়াই মৃত্যু—কোন দেবতালৈ আমি হৱিষা বিধান কৰিম?
