राजानं द्रष्टुकामेन मयास्त्रमनुवर्तितम्।।।।विमुक्तो ह्यहमस्त्रेण राक्षसैस्त्वभिपीडितः।केनचिद्राजकार्येण सम्प्राप्तोऽस्मि तवान्तिकम्।।।।
rājānaṃ draṣṭukāmena mayā astram anuvartitam |
vimukto hy aham astreṇa rākṣasais tv abhipīḍitaḥ |
kenacid rājakāryeṇa samprāpto ’smi tavāntikam ||
“ৰাজাক দৰ্শন কৰিব বিচাৰি মই সেই অস্ত্ৰৰ প্ৰভাৱ মানি ল’লোঁ। ৰাক্ষসসকলে পীড়া দিলেও অস্ত্ৰৰ দ্বাৰাই মই মুক্ত হ’লোঁ; আৰু কোনো ৰাজকাৰ্যৰ নিমিত্তে আপোনাৰ সন্নিধিলৈ আহিছোঁ।”
Know that I am a messenger of the highly powerful Rama. O lord! please listen to these beneficial words of mine meant for your welfare.ityārṣē śrīmadrāmāyaṇē vālmīkīya ādikāvyē sundarakāṇḍē pañcāśassargaḥ৷৷Thus ends the fiftieth sarga of Sundarakanda of the holy Ramayana, the first epic composed by sage Valmiki.
