'I will have to make arrangements for his rest. Later he can resume his journey comfortably'.
Sevā and atithi-dharma: the Ocean feels responsible to support a righteous envoy (Hanumān) by providing rest so his mission succeeds.
As Hanumān flies over the ocean toward Laṅkā, the Sea-god considers how to help him by ensuring he can rest and then continue safely.
Benevolent responsibility: Samudra shows mindful care and proactive assistance toward a dharmic undertaking.
