Daśaratha Questions Sumantra; Messages from the Forest Threshold
सूत मद्वचनात्तस्य तातस्य विदितात्मनः।शिरसा वन्दनीयस्य वन्द्यौ पादौ महात्मनः।।।।
sūta madvacanāt tasya tātasya viditātmanaḥ |
śirasā vandanīyasya vandyau pādau mahātmanaḥ ||
“হে সূত, মোৰ বচনৰ দ্বাৰা মোৰ পিতাক—আত্মসংযমী, শিৰেৰে বন্দনীয় মহাত্মাক—জনাই দিয়া: সেই বন্দনীয় মহাত্মাৰ পূজ্য পাদযুগলত মই শিৰ নত কৰোঁ।”
'On my behalf convey, O charioteer, without any distinction, my salutations to all thewomen befitting their status and tell them I was enquiring about their wellbeing.
