Adhyaya 72 — The Reconciliation Rite, Sarasvati Sacrifice, and the Birth of Uttama Manu (Auttama Manvantara Prelude)
ब्राह्मण उवाच तव संप्रीतये तस्याः वरेष्टिरुपकारिणी । क्रियते मित्रकामैर्या मित्रविन्दां करोमि ताम् ॥

ব্ৰাহ্মণে ক’লে—তোমাৰ সম্পূৰ্ণ সন্তুষ্টিৰ বাবে তাইৰ নিমিত্তে এক পৰম হিতকাৰী ‘বৰ-ইষ্টি’ (বৰদায়িনী আহুতি/যজ্ঞক্ৰিয়া) আছে। যি মৈত্ৰী কামনা কৰোঁতাসকলে কৰে; তাৰ দ্বাৰা মই তাইক ‘মিত্ৰবিন্দা’—মৈত্ৰ্য-অনুৰাগ লাভকাৰিণী—কৰিম।
