dānāni caiva deyāni brāhmaṇebhyo manīṣibhiḥ /

yady adiṣṭatamaṃ loke yac cāpi yayitaṃ gṛhe

জ্ঞানী লোকে নিশ্চয় ব্রাহ্মণসকলক দান দিব—যি বস্তু জগতত সৰ্বাধিক কাম্য, আৰু যি নিজৰ গৃহত সৰ্বাধিক প্ৰিয়।
