अस्नेहाश्चापि गोधूमयवगोरसविक्रियाः । शशकः कच्छपो गोधा श्वावित् खड्गोऽथ पुत्रक ॥
asnehāścāpi godhūmayavagorasavikriyāḥ | śaśakaḥ kacchapo godhā śvāvit khaḍgo 'tha putraka ||
তদ্ৰূপ ঘি/তেল নথকা গম আৰু যৱৰ খাদ্যবস্তু আৰু গাইৰ দুধজাত বস্তুবোৰো বর্জনীয়। হে পুত্ৰ, খৰগোশ, কচ্ছপ, গোধা (ইগুৱানা), সজাৰু আৰু গঁড়ো পৰিহাৰ কৰিবা।
