उदयास्तमने भानोः शयनञ्च विवर्जयेत् ।
नास्नातो नैव संविष्टो न चैवान्यमना नरः ॥
udayāstamane bhānoḥ śayanañ ca vivarjayet | nāsnāto naiva saṃviṣṭo na caivānyamanā naraḥ ||
সূৰ্যোদয় আৰু সূৰ্যাস্তৰ সময়ত শোৱা উচিত নহয়। স্নান নকৰাকৈ আহাৰলৈ নাবহিব; সঠিক আসনত নাবহি নহয়, আৰু চিত্ত বিচলিত থাকিলেও আহাৰ নকৰিব।
