Adhyaya 3 — The Dharmapakshis’ Past-Life Curse and Indra’s Test of Truthfulness

Sanskrit

मनस्तस्याश्रितं दृष्ट्वा बुद्धिर्नश्यति तत्क्षणात् ।

अमात्यरहितस्तत्र पौरवर्गोज्झितस्तथा ॥

Transliteration

manas tasyāśritaṃ dṛṣṭvā buddhir naśyati tatkṣaṇāt / amātya-rahitas tatra pauravargo jjhitas tathā //

Translation

তেওঁৰ মন এইদৰে স্থিৰ হোৱা দেখি সেই মুহূৰ্ততে তেওঁৰ বিবেক নষ্ট হয়। তাতেই তেওঁ মন্ত্ৰীবিহীন হয় আৰু নগৰবাসীৰ সমষ্টিৰ দ্বাৰাও পৰিত্যক্ত হয়।
