सारूप्यमर्जुनस्येव क्लीबरूपं बिभर्ति च | तदेवैतच्छिरो ग्रीवं तौ बाहू परिघोपमौ । तद्वदेवास्य विक्रान्तं नायमन्यो धनंजयात्
sārūpyam arjunasyeva klībarūpaṃ bibharti ca | tadevaitacchiro grīvaṃ tau bāhū parighopamau | tadvadevāsy vikrāntaṃ nāyam anyo dhanañjayāt |
যদিও তেওঁ নপুংসকৰ বেশ ধাৰণ কৰিছে, তথাপি তেওঁৰ ৰূপ একেবাৰে অৰ্জুনৰ দৰেই। এই একে শিৰ, এই একে গ্ৰীৱা, আৰু এই দুটা পৰিঘ সদৃশ বাহু—তেওঁৰ পৰাক্ৰমো তেনেকুৱাই। ধনঞ্জয় (অৰ্জুন) বাদে তেওঁ আন কোনো নহয়।
वैशम्पायन उवाच
Outer appearance can conceal inner reality; true character and capability reveal identity. The verse underscores discernment—recognizing virtue and strength even when dharma requires concealment.
The speaker points out that despite the eunuch-like disguise, the physical marks and heroic prowess match Arjuna’s, concluding that the person in question is none other than Dhanañjaya.
