परुषं च न भाषन्ते सदा सन््तो द्विजप्रिया: । जो समस्त प्राणियोंपर दया करते, सदा अहिंसा-धर्मके पालनमें तत्पर रहते और कभी किसीसे कटु वचन नहीं बोलते, ऐसे संत सदा समस्त द्विजोंके प्रिय होते हैं
paruṣaṃ ca na bhāṣante sadā santaḥ dvijapriyāḥ |
সৎজন, যিসকল সদায় দ্বিজসকলৰ প্ৰিয়, তেওঁলোকে কেতিয়াও কঠোৰ বাক্য নকয়। যিসকল সকলো প্ৰাণীৰ প্ৰতি দয়াশীল, অহিংসাধৰ্মত সদা নিবিষ্ট আৰু কেতিয়াও তিক্ত কথা নকয়—তেওঁলোকেই পণ্ডিত আৰু ধৰ্মনিষ্ঠসকলৰ চিৰপ্ৰিয়।
