अग्निस्तुति, इन्द्रदर्शन, नहुष-भयवर्णन

Agni-hymn, discovery of Indra, and the Nahuṣa threat

त्वामग्ने जलदानाहुर्विद्युतश्च मनीषिण: । दहन्ति सर्वभूतानि त्वत्तो निष्क्रम्य हेतय:,अग्निदेव! मनीषी पुरुष आपको ही मेघ और विद्युत्‌ कहते हैं। आपसे ही ज्वालाएँ निकलकर सम्पूर्ण भूतोंको दग्ध करती हैं

tvām agne jaladān āhur vidyutaś ca manīṣiṇaḥ | dahanti sarvabhūtāni tvatto niṣkramya hetayaḥ ||

হে অগ্নিদেৱ! মনীষীসকলে তোমাকেই জলদ (মেঘ) আৰু বিদ্যুৎ বুলিও কয়। তোমাৰ পৰা ওলাই অহা জ্বালাই সৰ্ব্ব প্ৰাণীক দহি পেলায়।
