एतत्‌ ते सर्वमाख्यातं वैशम्पायनकीर्तितम्‌ । व्यासाज्ञया समज्ञातं सर्पसत्रे नूपस्य हि

Transliteration

etat te sarvam ākhyātaṃ vaiśampāyana-kīrtitam | vyāsājñayā samajñātaṃ sarpasatre nṛpasya hi ||

এই সকলো কথা মই তোমালোকক সম্পূৰ্ণকৈ ক’লোঁ—ৰাজা জনমেজয়ৰ সৰ্পসত্ৰত ব্যাসৰ আজ্ঞাত মুনিবৰ বৈশম্পায়নে যি ইতিহাস ঘোষণা কৰিছিল। শুনা আৰু পৰম্পৰাৰে প্ৰাপ্ত সেই সমগ্ৰ ইতিহাস-ধাৰা এতিয়া মই তোমালোকৰ সন্মুখত বৰ্ণনা কৰিলোঁ।
