Svargārohaṇa-parva Adhyāya 2 — Yudhiṣṭhira’s Inquiry for His Kin and the Vision of a Punitive Realm
स तीव्रगन्धसंतप्तो देवदूतमुवाच ह । गम्यतां तत्र येषां त्वं दूतस्तेषामुपान्तिकम्
sa tīvra-gandha-santapto deva-dūtam uvāca ha | gamyatāṃ tatra yeṣāṃ tvaṃ dūtas teṣām upāntikam |
অসহ্য দুৰ্গন্ধে কাতৰ হৈ তেওঁ দেৱদূতক ক’লে—“যাৰ দূত তুমি, তেওঁলোকৰ ওচৰলৈ উভতি যোৱা। মই তাত নাযাওঁ; মই ইয়াতেই থাকিম। এই কথা তোমাৰ প্ৰভুসকলক জনাই দিয়া। কিয়নো মোৰ সান্নিধ্যত ইয়াত মোৰ এই দুখিত ভাতৃ-বান্ধৱ আৰু স্বজনসকলে অলপ হলেও সান্ত্বনা পায়।”
