ईश्वरो हि जगत्स्रष्टा प्रभुनोातियणो विराट्‌

īśvaro hi jagatsraṣṭā prabhur nārāyaṇo virāṭ

বৈশম্পায়নে ক’লে—সৰ্বব্যাপী বিরাট্ নাৰায়ণ প্ৰভুৱেই জগতৰ স্ৰষ্টা আৰু পৰম অধিপতি। তেওঁৰ অধিষ্ঠানতেই বিশ্ব-ব্যৱস্থা স্থিৰ; সেয়ে ধৰ্মাচৰণো স্ৰষ্টাৰ শাসন-ইচ্ছাৰ অনুগামী।
