Vṛtra–Uśanā exemplum begins
कामलोभानुबन्धेन पुरा ते यदसूयितम् । मया स्नेहमविज्ञाय तत्र मे क्षन्तुमहसि
kāmalobhānubandhena purā te yad asūyitam | mayā sneham avijñāya tatra me kṣantum arhasi ||
ভীষ্মে ক’লে—আগতে কাম আৰু লোভৰ বন্ধনত পৰি মই তোমাৰ প্ৰতি যি অসূয়াভৰা কথা কৈছিলোঁ, তাত থকা স্নেহ বুজি নাপাই মই ভুল কৰিলোঁ; সেই দোষৰ বাবে তুমি মোক ক্ষমা কৰিবা।
