Prajñā as Pratiṣṭhā — Indra–Kāśyapa Saṃvāda (Śānti-parva 12.173)
इत्युक्ता राक्षसेन्द्रेण राक्षसा घोरविक्रमा:
ityuktā rākṣasendreṇa rākṣasā ghoravikramāḥ
ৰাক্ষসেন্দ্ৰই এনেদৰে কোৱাৰ পাছত, ভয়ংকৰ পৰাক্ৰমী সেই ৰাক্ষসসকল (তদনুযায়ী) কাৰ্যত উদ্যত হ’ল।
भीष्म उवाच
The line highlights how a leader’s command mobilizes followers, especially those inclined toward force; ethically, it invites reflection on responsibility—both of the ruler who directs action and of the agents who carry it out.
Bhīṣma narrates that after the Rākṣasa-king speaks, the fearsome Rākṣasas respond as a group—implying readiness to execute the instruction that has just been given.
