Gaṇānāṃ Vṛttiḥ — On the Sustenance and Cohesion of Assemblies
Gaṇa-nīti
राज्ञां वित्त च कोशं च कोशसंचयनं जय: । अमात्यगुणवृत्तिश्व प्रकृतीनां च वर्धनम्
rājñāṁ vittaṁ ca kośaṁ ca kośasañcayanaṁ jayaḥ | amātyaguṇavṛttiś ca prakṛtīnāṁ ca vardhanam ||
যুধিষ্ঠিৰে ক’লে—(এতিয়া আৰু) ৰজাসকলৰ সম্পদ আৰু কোষাগাৰ তথা তাৰ সঞ্চয়, শত্রুজয়, মন্ত্ৰীসকলৰ গুণ আৰু আচৰণ, আৰু ৰাজ্যৰ ‘প্ৰকৃতি’—অর্থাৎ প্ৰজা আৰু ৰাজ্যক ধাৰণ কৰা সহায়ক শক্তিসমূহ—ইয়াৰ বৃদ্ধি-সমৃদ্ধি বিষয়ে কওক।
