कर्णश्र निहतः संख्ये तव शीलानुवर्तक: । भगवान् श्रीकृष्ण बोले--गान्धारीनन्दन! तुमने पापके रास्तेपर पैर रखा था; इसीलिये तुम भाई
karṇaś ca nihataḥ saṅkhye tava śīlānuvartakaḥ | yācyamānaṃ mayā mūḍha pitryam aṃśaṃ na ditsasi ||
বায়ুৱে ক’লে—কৰ্ণো যুদ্ধত নিহত হ’ল, কিয়নো সি তোমাৰেই স্বভাৱ অনুসৰণ কৰিছিল। আৰু তুমি মূঢ়, মোৰ অনুৰোধ সত্ত্বেও, ন্যায়সঙ্গত পিতৃ-অংশ দিবলৈ ইচ্ছা নকৰিলা।
