वैशम्पायन उवाच
A righteous ruler’s public religious act (yajña) functions as an ethical signal: it attracts people through confidence in dharma, orderly conduct, and the expectation of generosity and proper hospitality.
News spreads that Dharmarāja is conducting a yajña. Ritual specialists and many other people, pleased at heart, gather and proceed to the place of the sacrifice.
