विशोक उवाच
The verse presents Kṛṣṇa’s discus as a sanctified emblem of divine authority: power that is revered, disciplined, and oriented toward upholding righteous order rather than mere violence. Its worship by the Yādavas signals that true strength is inseparable from reverence and responsibility.
In the midst of the battlefield setting, Viśoka directs a warrior’s attention to Kṛṣṇa beside Arjuna, pointing out the sun-bright Sudarśana discus at Kṛṣṇa’s side and emphasizing its formidable features and its honored status among the Yādavas.
